This place is worth the wait, and you might want to go with a group so you can get one of their famous burgers ‘for the table.’ The chefs at Caravelle hold themselves to the standard that if they cannot make it, they won’t buy it or sell it. When you’re there, you must try the pulled pork, made with a poached egg on pancakes. And of course, their Bloody Mary will never disappoint.
